What CV formatting tools actually do
Before the comparisons, two minutes on what these tools do — and don't.
They DO:
- Take a candidate's CV (PDF, DOCX, LinkedIn export) as input
- Restructure the content into your agency's branded template
- Apply consistent fonts, headers, layout, branding
- Anonymize personal details (name, photo, contact) for blind submissions
