Does FormaCV work with Bullhorn S Release? Bullhorn ATS? Bullhorn One?
Yes — all current Bullhorn versions are supported via the standard Bullhorn Marketplace integration.
Will my Bullhorn data leave Bullhorn?
Only the CV file you choose to format leaves Bullhorn. We process it, return the formatted version to the candidate record, and delete the original from our systems within 90 days (configurable). Full details on our security page.
Do I need to sync candidates manually?
No. FormaCV reads the CV directly from the Bullhorn candidate record and writes the formatted version back automatically — no double entry.
How is FormaCV priced for Bullhorn users?
Same per-CV pricing — $1.30 per formatted CV with no minimums. Most Bullhorn agencies are on the Team ($99/mo) or Agency ($349/mo) plan. See pricing.
We use Kyloe for Bullhorn — can FormaCV replace it?
FormaCV does CV formatting and branding. Kyloe is a broader Bullhorn services consultancy. Many agencies use both — FormaCV for daily CV branding, Kyloe for Bullhorn customization and admin.
What about Bullhorn-native AI features?
