How does per-CV pricing actually work?
You're charged $1.30 each time you successfully format a CV. Failed parses, re-formats of the same CV within 24 hours, and previews are free. You can buy credits in advance or pay monthly.
Is there a minimum spend?
No. The Starter plan has no minimum — buy 10 credits, use them when you want, no expiry.
How does the Team plan work after I use my 75 CVs?
You roll over to $1.30/CV billed monthly. There is no overage surprise — you will see usage live in your dashboard.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes, anytime. Downgrades take effect next billing cycle; upgrades are immediate.
Do you offer non-profit or startup discounts?
Yes — 30% off Team or Agency plans for registered non-profits and recruitment startups under 12 months old. Email founders@formacv.ai.
